Although I ended up returning the item, I was very impressed by Batela's customer service and returns process. I returned the item on a Thursday and had received a full refund the next day. Batela were also very quick and courteous when replying to emails.
I thought this was a model, but no it really works! Great piece of engineering, and in a really nice box to. My Dad was well impressed when I gave it to him for his big birthday.
