How quickly do you deliver?
Delivery is free and smaller items are sent via Royal Mail delivery for delivery within 1 to 2 working days and larger Items are sent via the signature courier service DPD, with full tracking on your mobile, also for delivery within 1-2 working days.
Do your boats float?
We can’t vouch for the buoyancy of our model boats, as they are definitely not designed for use on water. They are for decorative purposes only.
Do the compasses, telescopes, compasses and sextants actually work?
Yes, our wood and brass items are all fully functional, as well as decorative.
What is your returns policy and returns address?
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer no quibble guarantee for returns that are damaged or broken. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, that is fine, however we do appreciate the item being returned in its original state, with the original packaging.
