All deliveries are made through Royal Mail tracked mail for small items, and through the DHL courier network for larger items. All items are tracked.
Delivery is normally made in two working days, unless the item specifically quotes a longer period, such as when the item has to come from our European warehouse.
All items are sold with our No Quibble guarantee.
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of receipt, and must be in unsued condition, in the original packaging.

compass with leather case
It was fine. I ordered the item it arrived very quickly. It looks lovely. However it is a Christmas gift so I don't know about it's full use.

I ordered a compass and on delivery found it broken. The lady who helped to replace and sort this problem out before Christmas was amazing. Would I order from you again. Yes. The proof of a good company is their after sales. You are totally brilliant .
